This 4, 6 or 8 hour seminar is meant for any type of group seeking to increase

their understanding of mental health and disabilities. This may be in relation

to their own mental health, family, friends, co-workers, employees, students,

school mates, etc., All groups are welcome. The topics covered in this

seminar include:

These topics are delivered with entertainment that opens up a greater conversation about mental health which

gives the opportunity to educate others. The more people talking about it, the more attention it gets and the more it

gets taken out of the dark.

 

It is totally possible for a person living with mental health challenges and disabilities to use their experiences to grow

into the person they’ve always wanted to be and it’s is about learning how to use one’s mental

health & disability to their advantage.
